You understand and agree that the $DVEGAS token is not a security, is not listed, authorized, issued or traded on any regulated market, and it is not intended to be considered as one. Notwithstanding the above, you understand and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the applicable laws regarding the purchase of tokens in your jurisdiction. Tokens available to purchase from the website and/or App, as applicable, may be acquired in exchange for cryptocurrencies, such as ETH (Ether), BTC (Bitcoin) or altcoin, or for fiat currency, at the user's choice, at any time during $DVEGAS Continuous Token Sale, as described in, and subject to, the Terms & Conditions available on the website and/or App, as applicable.
